關於本活動

Join us for an intimate whisky and chocolate pairing event with chocolate makers Celine & Amit and whisky expert Hannah from the Whisky Library to try some unique bottles from Independent Bottlers and some fine chocolates handcrafted from bean-to-bar in Hong Kong. We have selected 4 whiskies and 4 chocolates that pair in either a complementary or contrasting way for an enhanced tasting experience!


The pairings will include:

 

1) Strathearn (Inaugural Release) / 50% / Strathearn X Malt Sourdough 52% Dark Milk Chocolate

2) Ardnahoe (Inaugural) / 50% / Ardnahoe X 60% Chocolate Coated Fig filled with Almond Praline

3) Lowrie's Reserve Blend / 45.7% / Thompson Brothers X Miso Pine Nut 75% Dark Chocolate
